What's your New Year resolution?
Mandy Valencia went on a mission on the Plaza in downtown Ashland on New Year's Eve. The mission? To discover what resolutions Ashlanders had made for 2008 and what resolutions they planned for 2009, if any. The results? Well, let's just say you won't want to miss this video (below). We even had to edit out some of the more risque activities.
Check out Mandy on the Street: New Year's Eve on the Plaza video below.

Ashlanders SHOE BUSH
Ashland City Councilor Eric Navickas and his partner Amy Godard opened their co-owned MAda Shell Gallery on Jan. 2, 2009 with a carnival attraction. Visitors were given an opportunity to "Shoe Bush" through the use of a slingshot that launched a shoe attached to a wooden stick at a large face of President Bush. The soles of the shoes were painted to provide a splattering effect ... and perhaps art.
Mandy Valencia was on the scene covering the political revelry.
