· 12:15 a.m. Friday - Jacksonville man, 31, charged with unauthorized use of a vehicle, DUII, unauthorized entry of a vehicle, eluding police, criminal mischief and theft, 100 block South Main Street, lodged in Jackson County Jail.

· The Siskiyou Chapter of the Oregon Dressage Society is holding their Fall Schooling Show at the Royal Crest Stables on Saturday and Sunday, in Phoenix. Melinda Golis will judge. Sunday will be reserved for possible over-flow rides and/or a possible clinic with Angela Littlefield. Classes include Juniors, Open, and Old People if entries warrant. · Rogue Valley Community Development Corporation, a nonprofit organization, is accepting applications for volunteer Board Directors. RVCDC is a successful, growing organization dedicated to developing affordable housing and other community development activities to improve the quality of life of low-income people in Jackson County. RVCDC will fill up to 2 vacant Board Director seats. Experience is helpful but not necessary in the following areas: marketing, land development, designing, architecture, and planning.
