Public Safety Community Notes · Jewish and Muslim Israelis at Havurah: The Havurah Synagogue is presenting two-part prayer and lecture series from 3 to 5 p.m. and 7:30 to 9:30 p.m., Saturday, at 185 N. Mountain Ave., Ashland. For more info call 488-7716. The presentation is entitled "Spirituality & Peacebuilding in the Holy Land: Prayer ceremony and Zikr from Jewish and Muslim Traditions." The public is invited. There will be a sliding scale donation of $4 to $25 per session to help cover travel costs. · Jackson County Animal Care and Control is offering low cost vaccination and rabies clinic from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., Saturday, at 5595 S.
