Talent clearing up annexation TALENT - City officials are planning to discuss what to do about a 15-acre parcel of land on Rapp Road that was to be annexed in 1996 and never was.

· THE MEALS CLUB OFFERS DINNERS to those who need help preparing and cooking meals and to those who don't qualify for other meal programs. Club dinners are made fresh and then frozen so that they're ready to heat when needed. Dinners include a main dish, vegetable or fruit, bread, and dessert. Weekly deliveries can be arranged.
