Public Safety Community Notes · NATIONAL CHILDREN'S MEMORIAL DAY will be observed in the Rogue Valley from 6 to 7 p.m. Sunday at the Rogue Valley Medical Center's Smullin Center, 2825 E. Barnett Rd., Medford. A remembrance program to honor all children who have died will be presented and will close with a candle lighting ceremony as part of The Compassionate Friends' Fourth Annual Worldwide Candle Lighting. Participants are welcome to bring photos or other items of remembrance for the memorial table. Refreshments will be provided.
