Nov. 6: Rowe puts on a show in Arizona

Ashland High senior Bill Rowe picked the right time to go off for the Baseball Oregon team.

In front of 300 scouts, Rowe hit .471 in last weekend's Arizona Baseball Academy's Senior Fall Invitational in Peoria, Ariz.

The all-Southern Oregon Conference selection was 8-for-17 with two doubles and four RBIs.

He also pitched five innings without giving up an earned run.

Baseball Oregon went 2-2-1 on the weekend.
