John Yokoyama, owner of Pike Place Fish Co., lets a salmon fly at his famous business below the Pike Place Market clock, in Seattle. The fish-flingers at the Pike Place Fish Co. have started a revolution, encouraging fun in the workplace. It began with a video the company made 10 years ago of the fish-tossers, who mix and banter with the public-market crowd as they hurl customer selections across the counter to be weighed and wrapped.
